Paul combines deep experience in architectural design, real estate acquisition, and land development, bringing a well-rounded, practical perspective to every project he takes on. With more than three decades in the industry—as a BCIN-certified designer and active real estate professional—he approaches each assignment with a grounded, pragmatic design philosophy that balances aesthetics, constructability, and financial feasibility. Over the course of his career, Paul has worked extensively with private owners, builders, and developers on residential, commercial, and multi-unit projects, including seniors’ housing and infill developments.
