Site Analysis
Architectural site analysis (or site analysis) is the process of evaluating a particular locations physical, mental, and social characteristic with the ambition of developing an architectural solution that will both address and enhance its internal and external context. A site analysis also includes a zoning check to investigate the local zoning regulations.

Design Development
Design Development includes the Design Brief which gathers information about the client, their needs and their wants. This usually includes a room program. The construction budget will also be discussed and analyzed at this stage of the project.

Preliminary Drawings
The most exciting stage for the clients, Preliminary Drawings are the initial set of sketches, drawings, plans and renderings used to visually convey concepts, designs ideas, and project requirements among design professionals, clients, landlords, tenants and other project stakeholders.

Construction Documentation
Construction documentation is the set of documents that contains detailed information and instructions for each stage of construction. It includes various types of drawings, specifications, floor plans, and other vital information that indicate the design, measurements, materials, and other aspects of the project.

Feasibility Studies and Code Reviews
A feasibility study is an assessment of the practicality of a project. A feasibility study aims to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of an existing or proposed development and threats present the natural environment, the resources required to carry through, and ultimately the prospects for success. In its simplest terms, the two criteria to judge feasibility are cost required and value to be attained.

Project Management
Construction project management is the professional discipline of planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project from initial concept through to final completion and handover. It involves managing key elements such as scope, time, cost, quality, safety, and resources while coordinating diverse stakeholders—including owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers—to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required standards. Effective construction project management mitigates risks, resolves issues proactively, maintains clear communication, and adapts to challenges on-site, ultimately transforming design visions into safe, functional, and high-quality built environments.
